You grant temporary access (for example, a collaborator user). We use it only to work on your site, and you can revoke it when we're done. We won't ask for your main account password if the platform offers an alternative.
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and custom sites. Some platforms limit certain fixes; if something can't be done, we tell you before we start.
We take a backup before changing anything. If something goes wrong, we roll back to the previous version.
For speed, a form, broken links, or mobile layout, you tell us what you want to improve, we save the request, and you review the $199 summary before paying with Stripe. For anything else, we review the scope and email you before there is a payment link. Saving a request does not confirm the fix is in scope for $199. The 48 hours start once we have your payment and the access we need. We don't put your personal details in the payment link. Stripe may ask for them to process the payment. We never see or store your card details.
Fix in 48h: if your mobile PageSpeed performance score doesn't improve, email us and you get a full refund. If your site already scores 90+, we agree specific issues up front and refund you if we don't fix them. The Audit is refunded if it isn't delivered in 24 hours. No forms, no arguing.
